In accordance with current legislation, you have a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of receiving the product to change your mind about your remote purchase.
To proceed with the return of products, please send an email to email@example.com with proof of purchase attached, with the subject "RETURN 14DAYS." You are not required to justify the reason for your return. However, for the purpose of improving the customer experience, we invite you to detail in this email the reasons that led you to exercise your right of withdrawal.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from it.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over €40, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us.
2. Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
If you have chosen a delivery method other than the economic delivery we offer, we will not refund the shipping fees.
3. Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again.
Next, contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Then, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If the returned item was identified as a gift at the time of purchase and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not identified as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.
5. Partial Refund

* Any item returned more than 14 days after the withdrawal period.
